|
Job Vacancies
We are looking to take on a number of employees on a supported work programme called the ILM (The Intermediate Labour Market). You will work in a supported environment receiving help to get you back into sustainable employment / further training or education after your 13 week programme. This will also include job search and CV writing, support to gain nationally recognised qualifications, confidence building, Basic Skills training, and work relevant training and development. In addition, applicants interested in developing administrative skills may also be considered.
You will be trained in horticulture / practical countryside skills, and will be encouraged to support vulnerable people to ‘move on’ using horticulture / the environment as a therapeutic aid to their development. There is also the option to follow a combination of pathways which will provide you with a greater understanding of the overall services provided by Branch Lines (see further details about Branch Lines, online, on Projects Page)
You will support Project Leaders in the delivery of environmental / horticultural projects, and you may manage project attendees as they move forward by creating green spaces and improving their environment.
